The New Brunswick Quality Award is presented annually by the New Brunswick department of Economic Development, tourism and Culture in five categories.
Organizations compete with the criteria, which are mirror images to the Canada Awards for Excellence, in areas such as leadership, planning, customer focus, people focus, supplier focus and organizational performance.
The 1999 Quality Awards were held at the Delta Brunswick in Saint John October 18th and awards were presented to seven New Brunswick companies.
